If you’re travelling into the capital using the South Western Railway network, the nearest station is Clapham Junction. From here, it won’t take you long at all to reach the gates of Stamford Bridge.
There are a couple of ways you can make use of London’s public transport. The fastest way is usually to catch the Overground at the station and travel over the river to Imperial Wharf. It’s then a 17-minute walk to reach the stadium gates. If that sounds a stretch too far, stay on the Overground for one more stop and get off at West Brompton. Change here for a westbound District line service, then exit at Fulham Broadway. You’ll have cut the walk to just four minutes.
Meanwhile, the 295 bus runs every 10 minutes at peak times and will take you from outside Clapham Junction station (Stop C) to Fulham Town Hall (Stop S). Stadium entrances are then just a couple of minutes’ walk away.
